This was a study inspired by a beautiful Chinese brush painting in an instructional book. I got a bit carried away with the water while I painted the petals, but I really like the way some of the leaves turned out. There's not a whole lot I can say about this one; I like it, but because if was based on another painting I've never really considered it mine, or even proper art.
